MiraTunes does not require you to create an account or sign in. You can use the app fully without providing any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

We do not collect personal data. No information that identifies you is gathered, stored, or transmitted to us or any third party.

All user-generated data — including your favorites, downloaded songs, playlists, and recently played history — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

MiraTunes uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) by Google to send push notifications when new songs are released.

These notifications are broadcast-style — not personalized, and not linked to any personally identifiable information. FCM may assign your device a technical registration token for delivery purposes only; it is not used to identify you as an individual.

Song content is hosted and delivered via Firebase, a platform by Google, used solely for storing and serving audio content. No user data is stored on Firebase servers.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third parties — because we do not collect any data to begin with.

MiraTunes is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the app, please be assured that no personal data has been collected.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
